Slight Chance of Weekend Showers; Heat Returns Monday

| A thirty-percent chance of showers and thunderstorms threaten this weekends Pro Football Hall of Fame festivities in Canton. However, there is a 70 percent chance it won’t rain at all! |
Clouds will be on the increase across Stark County through the evening hours as a weak weather system moves in over the region and brings an increased chance of showers and thunderstorms for the weekend.
For those attending HOF events Friday night, expect a cool, pleasant evening. Lows for Friday night will be in the upper 50s in most locations around the county.
Saturday brings an increased chance of a shower or thunderstorms mainly in the afternoon and into the evening hours. The chance of rain is 30 percent. Otherwise, expect mostly cloudy skies and temperatures topping out around 82.
The threat of a shower or thunderstorm continues into Saturday night with a low around 60. The chance of precipitation is 30 percent.
Rain threatens once again on Sunday. Otherwise, expect mostly cloudy skies with highs in the mid 80s. Clouds will be decreasing as Sunday night approaches becoming partly cloudy Sunday night with a low around 62.
Mostly sunny skies and warming temperatures return for the beginning of the work week Monday. Highs Monday will be in the mid to upper 80s.
Tuesday looks to be the hottest day of the week with temperatures a few degrees either side of 90.
The threat of showers and some thunder returns Tuesday nigh with the approach of a cold front.
